Your Task 

Imagine you are Mia. Write a letter to your friend, Sophie, to invite her to your baking afternoon. You are to refer to the pictures and information above.

In your note, include the following key information:

• date, time, and place of the baking session
• what you will be baking and why
• the idea of a mini bake-off
• what she should bring along
• remind her of the time you’ll be finishing up the baking session
• inform her about Ella’s nut allergy and ask about any dietary limitations she might have

You may reorder the points. Remember to write in complete sentences.

Script:
1st December 3:00 PM
Girl: Dad, do you think I could host a baking afternoon for Ella and Sophie this coming Saturday, 2nd December?
Dad: Sounds like a great idea for the start of the school break! I have no objections. You can use the kitchen, and I can help to set up the baking station. Just make sure to clean up afterward. What are you planning to bake?
Girl: Awesome, thank you, Dad! We're thinking of making cupcakes and trying out a few cookie recipes. Ella has this amazing chocolate chip cookie recipe we're eager to test. Can we use the oven and maybe some of the baking equipment?
Dad: Of course, I can even show you where the baking sheets and mixers are. I could assist with the oven settings if you need me to. Sounds like it will be a delicious afternoon!
Girl: I can’t wait! I’ll tell Ella and Sophie to bring their favorite recipes too. Maybe we can turn it into a mini bake-off?
Dad: That will be quite the treat. I'll make sure we have plenty of ingredients. If you need anything special, let me know by Friday.
Girl: Ella did mention she’s allergic to nuts. We'll avoid any recipes with nuts then.
Dad: Good thinking. What time do you plan to finish? Don't forget we’re visiting your Aunt Lucy's new pastry shop the next morning, and you’ll want to be well-rested for that.
Girl: I think we should wrap up around 5:30 PM so everyone can help clean up and be home by dinnertime.
